By choosing Yes, you acknowledge that you are signing up for automatic renewal of your yearly family membership to Shinzen Friendship Garden in the amount of $80 per year and that the payment method on file will be charged the annual family membership fee on my renewal date. This automatic renewal will remain in effect until you cancel your membership.
